specified for the Smart Reorg utility.

*                      incorrectly to IMS subsystems that      *
*                      signed into a different RECON.          *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
****************************************************************
The IMS /DBR DB commands are issued incorrectly to IMS online
subsystems that signed into a different RECON.

If IMSCMD=YES,TOSI is specified for the Smart Reorg utility,
the IMS LOCAL commands are issued in each IMS online subsystem
connected to a TOSI XCF group. The online subsystems that signed
into a different RECON should be excluded.
