PI36716: POLICY CHECK CAUSES MEMORY LEAK IN UET STARTED TASK

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Policy check for utility monitor actions causes the UET server
  to slowly leak memory.  This can result in S878 abend and
  termination of the started task.
