You will see the following errors when attempting connections between agent, relay and server when using the Java packaged with the installer: Server Error: Client requested protocol SSLv3 not enabled or not supported Relay Error: Client requested protocol TLSv1 not enabled or not supported The requested agent does not come online.

Update the enabled protocols on the relay and server so they can communicate.
