APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABEND0C4 in CQMMPRA1 when running Query Monitor. Dump title is
  ssid,ABND=0C4-00000011,U=nnnnnnnn ,M=N ,C=101.TMGR-DSNTTRUN.
  

Local fix

• Add PARALLEL(N) to the collector start up parameters.  This must
  be done for any collector product monitoring the same DB2
  subsystem.

  For Query Monitor add PARALLEL(N) to the CQMPARMS
  For S-TAP for DB2 add PARALLEL(N) to the ADHPARMS
