Error description
When starting build that includes a large number of steps with only a select number of steps to execute and should the job fail or be cancelled, attempting to restart the build will select all steps after the failed/cancelled step instead of the previous selected steps. Steps to reproduce: - Generate project with 6 steps with the following sample commands. 1 - echo hello 2 - echo hello 3 - exit 1 4 - echo hello 5 - echo hello 6 - echo hello - Step 3 "exit 1" will be used to cause the build to fail. - Start the build via the "Job Start" page and deselect steps 1, 5, and 6. - Run the build with only selecting steps 2, 3, and 4. - Once the build fails on step 3, attempt to restart the build. Expected result: Under the restart page "Job Steps" tab, verify all steps under step 3 are selected, including step 5 and 6. Actual result: Under the restart page "Job Steps" tab, only step 4 which was pre-selected is selected. Steps 5 and 6 are not selected.
