  *                 Facility of IMS Database Solution Pack for   *
  *                 z/OS Version 2 Release 1 (FMID=HAHP120) who  *
  *                 are to use Conditional Reorganization        *
  *                 Support Service feature. And, IBM IMS        *
  *                 Database Solution Pack for V1.2              *
  *                 (FMID=HAHP120) or V2.1 (FMID=HAHP210) users  *
  *                 who run Full-Function Database Sensor (DB    *
  *                 Sensor) need the feature update provided     *
  *                 by this APAR.                                *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables the Smart Reorg       *
  *                      utility and Post-reorganization utility *
  *                      to store the reorganization timestamp   *
  *                      in the IMS Tools Knowledge Base Sensor  *
  *                      Data repository.                        *
  *                      This APAR also provides an enhancement  *
  *                      for the Conditional Reorganization      *
  *                      Support Service so that it can be used  *
  *                      from IMS Online Reorganization Facility *
  *                      of IMS Database Solution Pack V2.1.     *
  *                      And this APAR provides the following    *
  *                      two enhancements on DB Sensor.          *
  *                      (1) Integrate DB Sensor in              *
  *                          IMS Online Reorganization Facility  *
  *                      (2) New sensor data elements of free    *
  *                          space                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR enables the Smart Reorg utility and
  Post-reorganization utility to store the reorganization
  timestamp in the IMS Tools Knowledge Base Sensor Data
  repository.
  
  The new control statement 'ITKBDATA=UTILHIST' is provided and
  it requires the 'ITKBSRVR=serverName' control statement.
  For Post-reorganization utility, specify the control statements
  in the HPSIN data set of Pre-reorganization utility.
  
  This APAR also provides an enhancement for the Conditional
  Reorganization Support Service so that it can be used from
  IMS Online Reorganization Facility (ORF) of IMS Database
  Solution Pack V2.1 (FMID=HAHP210) when the new control
  statement CR.CONDREORG is specified to activate a feature of
  the Conditional Reorganization Support Service.
  
  The following APARs of IBM Tools Base for z/OS Version 1.4
  (FMID=HAHN140) are needed as the prerequisite maintenance for
  the enhancements that are to be provided by this APAR:
  - PI20517 (for IMS Tools Knowledge Base)
  - PI24388 (for Policy Services)
  
  For IBM Tools Base for z/OS Version 1.5
  (FMID=HAHN150) the prerequisite maintenance
  APARs are:
  - PI48640 (for IMS Tools Knowledge Base)
  - PI50575 (for Policy Services)
  
  The APAR PI24388 adds the following new sensor data elements
  for full-function databases.
  - DB_PCT_NUM_FRAGD_FSE, DB_AVG_NUM_FRAGD_FSE and
    DB_PCT_NUM_NOREUSE_FSE for databases expect for Primary
    and Secondary indexes.
  - DB_AVG_NUM_FSE and DB_AVG_NUM_NOREUSE_FSE for HISAM and
    SHISAM databases.
  - DB_FLAG_SENSOR_HOME for HDAM and PHDAM databases.
  The Database Sensor (DB Sensor) component of the IMS Database
  Reorganization Expert supports these new data elements when
  DB Sensor runs in the following run modes:
  - Stand alone DB Sensor
  - Integrated DB Sensor which runs in IMS Database
    Reorganization Expert (RGE), IMS High Performance Image
    Copy (HPIC), IMS High Performance Pointer Checker (HPPC),
    and IMS Online Reorganization Facility (ORF).
  The APAR PI24388 also add a data element for the elapsed days
  since last reorganization. This new data element is used by new
  Policy Service rule IBM.LAST_REORG.10. For details of the new
  data elements and new rules, see the Tools Base Policy Services
  User's Guide.
