Error description
When trying to submit a defect on the Native Windows client in Japanese, Windows OS, the "OK" button is blank. Clicking on the blank button submits the record normally. This happens across all the Record types, States and Actions. The issue is noticed in the following Operating Systems, Windows 8, 8.1. windows server 2012. ClearQuest version is 8.0.1.5. This issue can be reproduced in the default DefectTracking schema.The issue does not exist in ClearQuest Eclipse client and Web Client. Steps to Reproduce 1) Login to the ClearQuest Windows client on Japanese Windows 8.1 OS. 2) Submit a defect and you can see that the "OK" button is blank.

Problem conclusion
