PI30097: OQWT TUNING DOESN'T WORK FOR DB2 WITH PORT MORE THAN 32768

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Activity Browser cannot tune a workload If the port number of
  DB2 is more than 32768 because it uses the wrong port. For
  example, if the port number is 50250 then the Activity Browser
  uses -15286 ( = 50250 - 65536), causing the connect to DB2 to
  fail with message CQMC2540W.
