* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The SSLProtocolDisable,                 *
*                      SSLProtocolEnable, and                  *
*                      SSLAttributeSet directives cannot be    *
*                      used in the global scope.               *

* RECOMMENDATION:  Apply this fix if your IHS configuration    *
*                  has SSLEnable in the global scope.          *
****************************************************************
IHS customers with the SSLEnable directive in the
configuration global scope are not able to use the
SSLProtocolDisable, SSLProtocolEnable, and SSLAttributeSet
directives in that same scope.

Problem conclusion

The SSLProtocolDisable, SSLProtocolEnable, and SSLAttributeSet
directives are now allowed in the IHS configuration global scope

This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
- 7.0.0.37
- 8.0.0.11
- 8.5.5.5
