The auth-switching function in ADBTEPA is enabled even though
a user specifies value '<NONE>' for option 'Authorization
Switch ID' on panel ADB2CEX1 indicating the function should
be disabled. As a result, DDL statements are executed under
an invalid ID '<NONE>'. The execution of DDL statements are
are reported as successful executions in the SDSF output.
However, the executions actually fail. A SQLCODE=-553 /
    SQLCODEN553 and SQLCODE=-552 / SQLCODEN552 are encountered if
'Log DIAG' is set to 'YES' on panel ADB2UPA 'Batch Job Utility
    Parameters'.
