  The IMS manual says that CI size of 8K (8192) is recommended for
  ILDS as a starting point. However, CONVERT function builds ILDS
  with CI size of 4K (4096).
  

Problem conclusion

• IHCWTDB4 has been changed to build ILDS with CI size of 8192 for
  CONVERT function.
  IHCWCONV and IHCWDSN1 have been changed to set default for CI
  size to 8192 for ILDS Space Allocation Rules with ISPF user
  interface.
