When Change Management Batch (CM Batch) interface is used to
invoke ADBTEP2's user input function, DSNREXX CONNECT commands
can not establish a DB2 connection and a SQLCODE= -924 /
SQLCODEN924 is received.

The new enhancement allows users to use the DSNREXX CONNECT
command in their REXX routine when ADBTEP2 is invoked using
CM Batch mode.
