• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' APPLY job built to
  implement a change to add an index, a primary key and a
  constraint included a CHECK DATA job which fails with a message:

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When the change which causes the table space to be put into
  Advisory REORG-pending (AREO) status and CHECK-pending (CHKP)
  status, and the related index in Page set REBUILD-pending
  (PSRBD) status, DB2 Admin does not generate post REBUILD INDEX
  utility statements to remove the Page set REBUILD-pending
  (PSRBD) status on the index.
