Error description

• ABEND 0C4 in BSY$GDBD when running job for Quiet Time Analysis.
  When BSY$GDBD is processing the list of DDs allocated to the
  control region and is processing the ACBLIBB DD and it happens
  to be the last entry in the list, an S0C4 can occur.
