  This APAR fixes the following problems:
  
   1. RECDCT value in NOTIFY.IC statement is truncated when the
     number of digits is more than five.
  
   2. When log data sets are dynamically allocated and no change
     records are applied during the Apply phase, the secondary log
     data set is not deleted in the cleanup processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR changes the program as below:
  
   1. The RECDCT value in NOTIFY.IC statement is expanded to 10
     digits.
  
   2. When log data sets are dynamically allocated, not only the
     primary but also the secondary log data sets are deleted when
     they are unnecessary.
