Error description
After a DELETE CFSTRUCT command the structure is not disconnected. This prevents the QMGR from being terminated and hangs during shutdown processing. The master region had to be cancelled.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of WebSphere MQ for z/OS Version 7 * * Release 1 Modification 0. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Shutdown of a queue manager may hang * * after a coupling facility structure is * * deleted, and later structures defined * * resulting in the structure number being * * reused. This occurs when the structure * * task associated with the deleted * * structure does not disconnect due to * * the expiry processor not decrementing * * SCB_OPEN_COUNT. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** Shared queue expiry processing can result in the open count for a structure being incremented but not decremented. This can result in the structure task for the structure not releasing the connection ENQ when the structure is deleted. If the structure is then redefined, other tasks will not be able to gain the connection ENQ for the structure. This will result in hangs in various locations, such as DELETE QLOCAL commands. This can also result in a hang in the queue manager during shutdown.
Problem conclusion
Expiry processing has been updated to correctly handle the CSQERsnCodeNoEntry reason code from CSQEREXP, allowing the queue to be correctly closed and SCB_OPEN_COUNT to represent the correct value. This results in the structure tasks correctly disconnecting from the deleted structure in this scenario. 100Y CSQISCX6
