Error description
When attempting to start a project that contains an inline project that the user attempting to start a build does not have access to, the build variables and step selection under the job start page. Steps to reproduce: - Generate a environment ENV1 with two simples normal variables VAR1=1 and VAR2=2, as well as a pulldown variable PULLDN with options Greeting=Hello (Default), Parting=GoodBye, and set to "Build Engineer" access. - Generate a parent project PROJ1, with two steps performing simple command "echo hello" or ".sleep0" and set to "Build Engineer" access. - Generate a child project PROJ2 with a single step performing simple command "echo hello" or ".sleep0" and set to "Guest" access. - Configure PROJ1 step 1 to inline PROJ2 - Configure ENV1 to PROJ1. - Using a user part of the "Build Engineer" access group, but not under the "Group" access group, and attempt to start a PROJ1 build. Expected result: - Build variables VAR1, VAR2, and PULLDN are editable under Job start page. - Build steps 1 and 2 for PROJ1 are visible and accessible. Actual result: - Build variables VAR1, VAR2, and PULLDN are not editable under Job start page. - Build steps are not visible under Job start page.
