  This APAR fixes the following problems:
  1. PSSR job gets ABEND0C4 in FABSPE15 or FABSRT15 if there is a
     long DB record. Because the process of creating RECORD SIZE
     DISTRIBUTION report treats long DB record incorrectly.
  2. PSSR job gets ABEND0C4 in FABSPE15. The ABEND follows the
     MSGIEC293I.
  3. PSSR job creates incorrect RECORD SIZE DISTRIBUTION report
     for each partition.
  4. The MSGHPSR3709E does not provide specific information to
     correct the error.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. HP Load has been modified to treat long DB record correctly
     in the process of creating RECORD SIZE DISTRIBUTION report.
  2. HP Load has been modified to use correct DCB for closing PR8
     data set to fix the ABEND0C4.
  3. HP Load has been modified to report RECORD SIZE DISTRIBUTION
     report for each partition correctly.
  4. The MSGHPSR3709E has been modified to show what segment is
     having a problem and what size is causing the problem.
