Error description

  • MSGHFPM3061E occurs due to data set authorization failure trying
    to load randomizer routine as the symbolic found in the catalog
    before it invokes CSVAPF. Here is the message received:
      HFPM3061E UNABLE TO LOAD RANDOMIZER ROUTINE: rmodname
                - FROM ddname
                - FROM ddname  (REASON: NOT APF-AUTHORIZED)
                - VOLUME: volumename DSN: datasetname
                - RC: X'04', RSN: X'00000402' FROM CSVAPF

    There was a problem that Fast Path Advanced Tools was checking
    APF auth library.
    Fast Path Advanced Tools was not convert despite a volume serial
    that has system symbol.
    Therefore, Fast Path Advanced Tools did not judge appropriately
    volume serial and issued error message MSGHFPM3061E.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Fast Path Advanced Tools has been modified to use ASASYMBM
    service (Substitute text for symbols) for volume name that has
    system symbol.

    HFPM3063E THE module-name MODULE FAILED. RETURN CODE:
    return-code
    Explanation: Program HFPMAIN0 called a module-name module to
    convert system symbol. The return code shows that the attempt
    was unsuccessful.
    System action: Processing ends with an abend code of U3063.
    User response: Correct any errors, and return the job. If this
    situation persists, contact IBM Software Support.
