  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IMS HP Image Copy did not delete DFSMDA *
  *                      member for DBRC RECON data sets after   *
  *                      DYNALLOC failure was detected. IMS DBRC *
  *                      utility and DBRC API used them and      *
  *                      process could not work correctly.       *

  IMS HP Image Copy did not delete DFSMDA member for DBRC RECON
  data sets after DYNALLOC failure was detected. IMS DBRC utility
  and DBRC API used them and process could not work correctly.
  If DFSMDA members of RECON that have been loaded by IMS HP Image
  Coy exist in the address space, DFSMDA members are not refreshed
  and RECON DYNALLOC process in IMS program uses incorrect
  information.
  IMS HP Image Copy delete DFSMDA member module from the address
  space after issuing DYNALLOC.
