• OUTPUT(DUP) is not supported with USEUICLAST and should result

  An error message will be issued if OUTPUT(DUP|BOTH)
  is specified with USEDBDS,USEAREA,USEUICLAST,

Problem conclusion

• A new reason for error message FRD6124 has been added/issued
  when recover with OUTPUT(DUP|BOTH), and USEDBDS,USEAREA,
  USEUICLAST,or USEUICTIME is specified.
