Error description

• OQWT Implicit Qualifier not populated.
  
  This enhancement will modify the CQM32_EXCEPTIONS and
  CQM32_SQLCODE_DET tables as follows:
  
   Deprecate the IMPLICIT_QUALIFIER CHAR(8) column
   Add the CURRENT_SCHEMA VARHCHAR(128) column
  
  The IMPLICIT_QUALIFIER column of the CQM32_SUMM_METRICS table
  will also be deprecated. The CURRENT_SCHEMA column was added to
  the CQM32_SUMM_METRICS table in 3.1.
