PI23243: UNABLE TO CHANGE MIT DEFAULT PARAMETERS ON MIT PAGE OF WEBCLIENT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There are two different conditions which can cause this problem:
  # User is unable to change parameters in Internet Explorer v8
  # User is unable to change parameters when default language in
  browser is Italian.
  

Local fix

• Change default locale in the browser and use it as a temporary
  workaround:
  
  In Firefox:
   Tools -> Options -> Content Tab
   Then Choose your preferred language for displaying pages
   Put, for example, English locale in first position of list
  with languages.
  
  In Internet Explorer:
   Gear icon (Settings) -> Internet Options -> General Tab ->
   Languages
   Put, for example, English locale in first position of list
   with languages.
