Error description

• In a DRD global environment, HP Sysgen program RENAME fails
  when associated transactions are not deleted before RENAME.
  Verify is successful but RENAME fails with:

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A user issued a RENAME PSB in DRD       *
  *                      Global environment.  Since the PSB      *
  *                      had associated TRANs/RTCodes, the       *
  *                      function failed at Install stage        *
  *                      with error messages.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The existing Tran/RTcode checking for the PSB to be renamed is
  not performed at Verify stage, so it failed at Install stage.
  

Problem conclusion

• Additonal checking has been added. The error will be detected at
  Verify stage.
