PI21976: DEFAULTIF / NULLIF CLAUSE OF A FIELD SPECIFICATION IS NOT EVALUATED CORRECTLY

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the DEFAULTIF or NULLIF clause contains a field name
  instead of a position, the clause is not evaluated correctly.
  The issue occurs when the field name is not a catalog column and
  does not begin with "DSN_".
  
  This APAR also corrects the following issues:
  
  A Dual Load job can terminate with an S222 abend in module
  HLOUSE15.
  The following messages will be seen in the job output:
  HLOU5018I SORT execution completed. SYS=0000, USR=042A
  HLOU5019E SORT ended abnormally.  DSNUTILB will be canceled with
  an S222 abend.
  
  A sqlcode811 can occur in the started task when there are
  multiple rows in the HLOUSTAT table with the same Utility ID.
