• This APAR enables Index Builder to support IMS Tools Online
  System Interface (TOSI) for issuing IMS commands /DBD, /DBR,
  and /STA.
  
  The following new control statements are added:
  - TOSIXCFGRP control statement to specify the XCF group name of
    the IMS Tools Online System Interface
  - TOSIDBD control statement to issue /DBD DB commands
  - TOSIDBR control statement to issue /DBR DB commands
  - TOSISTA control statement to issue /STA DB commands
  - TOSIWAIT control statement to specify the response timeout
    value.
  For the details of these control statements, see the
  documentation change.
  
  To use the new functions, IBM Tools Base for z/OS, Version 1
  Release 4 or higher must be installed and the load library of
  IMS Tools Online System Interface (hlq.SFOILOAD) must be
  included in the STEPLIB DD concatenation.
