Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' Batch Restart Program
  ADBTEP2 allocates an internal DD ADBIN which can be undersized
  when the SYSIN DD consists of concatenated datasets resulting
  in ABENDX37 on the ADBIN DD.
