• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABEND0C4 occurs when doing a SORT and when IGZSRTCD is
  specified in JCL. Error occurs when IGZXLPKA is loaded in
  protected storage.

• STEPLIB to SCEERUN or do not specify DD IGZSRTCD
  

Problem summary

  The DCBE for IGZSRTCD resides in the COBOL runtime library. If
  the COBOL runtime library is put into the protected LPA, which
  means the DCBE fields cannot be updated. The COBOL runtime
  library routine for SORT tried to update the DCBE, which caused
  the 0C4.
