Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' ADB27AC program fails
  with a message:
  ADB0300E Module :ADB27AC UNLIN    DD statement is missing.
  ADB0300E Module :ADB27AC UNLOUT   DD statement is missing.
  ADB0300E Module :ADB27AC UNLIN    DD statement is missing.
  ADB6300E Processing error. now terminating
  ADB5121E Command failed:RUN PROGRAM(ADB27AC) PLAN(ADB27AC)
  ADB5184E The run is ending due to an error with a non-SQL
  command.
  when executing a WSL build before APAR PM62098 was applied.

• Rebuild the WSL at the current maintenance level.

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been solved. Program ADB27AC is changed to accept
  versions of the IFF file from prior releases.
