Adding or removing the hidden * * attribute to or from a column. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** The following enhacements are delivered: Inserting a hidden column is allowed: - Executing line command "I- Insert" to insert a column on panel ADB27C 'ALTER Table' followed by line command "U"/"UP - Update" to set the "HIDDEN" attribute to "YES" on panel ADB26CTU 'ALTER Table'. Repeating a hidden column is allowed: - Execute line command "R-Repeat" to repeat a hidden column on panel ADB27C 'ALTER Table'. Updating to/from hidden column is allowed: - Execute line command "U"/"UP - Update" on panel ADB27C 'ALTER Table' to update a non-hidden column to a hidden column by setting the "HIDDEN" attribute to "YES" or "NO" on panel ADB26CTU 'ALTER Table'. Rearranging hidden columns is allowed: - Execute line command "M- Move" against a hidden column on panel ADB27C 'ALTER Table' to move the column before or after another column of the table, thus causing the rearrangement of columns in the table.

Explanation: If a column is defined with a ROWID data type, then the column can not be specified as HIDDEN. System action: Processing stops. User response: Either change the HIDDEN attribute to NO, or specify a different column type.
