Error description

• The fix for this APAR removes the requirement for a zNALC
  environment when running the QMF Classic VUE V10.1 and V11.1
  product.
  
  QMF Classic VUE V10.1 and V11.1 will no longer check or require
  a zNALC environment.

• QMF module DSQCINT has been updated to provide infrastructure
  support for QMF VUE. Although the new support affects only users
  who are running QMF VUE, all QMF users should apply the PTF.
