Local fix

• Add PARALLEL(N) to the CQMPARMS parameter file.
  
  PARALLEL(N) - The PARALLEL parameter enables you to control the
  collection of parallel task metrics for workloads using
  parallelism.  The default value PARALLEL(Y) collects task
  metrics for both parent and child tasks. Specifying PARALLEL(N)
  excludes child tasks from the collection of  parallel task
  metrics, however the parent task is still monitored.
