PI17576: QUERY MONITOR DOES NOT SHOW SQLCODE -905 FOR SOME INSTANCES OF STP

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Query Monitor does not show SQLCODE -905 for some instances of
  STP.
  .
  Currently, Query Monitor reports the SQLCODEs that are returned
  at the completion of the SQL Call. If a Stored Procedure
  receives an ABEND X'33E' or similar ABEND code, DB2 may not
  return the -905 SQLCODE at the end of the SQL Call. Because of
  this condition, a -905 SQLCODE is not available to Query Monitor
  at the time of SQLCODE collection.

  This APAR will show -905 SQLCODES in cases where they were not
  previously collected.

  This APAR also addresses a condition that may cause an alert to
  be incorrectly generated for a program in the Alert Browser
  when there are no exceptions captured for the program in ISPF.
