Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' MIG function fails with
  a message:

Problem conclusion

• Program has been updated to support blanks in the MASK
  OWNER and MASK NAME.
  
  APAR PI23026 has been opened to address the ONCODE150 /
  Oncode 150 issue encountered when using blanks in the
  MASK OWNER and MASK NAME, and selecting an 'Unload method'
  of 'H - HPU' ( High Performance Unload ) on panel ADB28M
  'Migrate Parameters'.
