Error description

• IGZXBST sets Reg14 address to receive control back to
  terminate. LE routine CEEHSFXA at +x'114' branches to the below
  the line address in Reg14 as it does not contain high order bit
  on.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The high order bit in the link register *
  *                      is not set properly according to the    *
  *                      AMODE of the user program, causing the  *
  *                      GOBACK from the sub program back to the *
  *                      caller to switch to the wrong AMODE.    *
  *                      Normally this is not an issue with      *
  *                      GOBACK, since BALR is used to return to *
  *                      the caller. However, when LE stack      *
  *                      frame exit is introduced to the stack   *
  *                      chain, the CEEHSFXA routine will get    *
  *                      control and BSM is used to return to    *
  *                      the caller instead. LE stack frame exit *
  *                      is used for example in condition        *
  *                      management, when LE needs to get        *
  *                      control upon stack frame collapse to    *
  *                      perform cleanup.                        *
