APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A HLO5200I message can occur on a consistent load job with
  NEW_COPY and SPACE ( ) parameters for DB.TS setup as DSNUM 0
  (without the PARTITION parameter). If the DB.TS  does not have a
  previous image copy that is at DSNUM 0, the job will abend with
  a U0008 abend code.
