APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• Analytics Accelerator Loader should detect if DB2 has performed
  discard processing.  If discard processing is detected, the load
  into the Accelerator will fail and messages will be issued
  indicating why the load stopped and what steps should be taken
  next.
