  When a user alters a base or LOB table space from NOT
  LOGGED to LOGGED, in the compare report the LOB table
  space is changed from NOT LOGGED to LOGGED, but DB2
  Administration does not generate an ALTER LOB TABLESPACE
  LOGGED/NOT LOGGED statement for the LOB table space
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  
  If the user changes the logging attribute of the LOB table
  space to LOGGED when the logging attribute of the base table is
  NOT LOGGED, DB2 Admin will issue error message ADB7123E /
  msgadb7123e:

  The logging attribute of the LOB table space lob_tsname that is
  associated the base table tbname can not be changed to LOGGED.
  Because the logging attribute of the base table space
  base_tsname is NOT LOGGED.
  
  Explanation
  If the logging attribute of the base table space is NOT LOGGED,
  the logging attribute of the LOB table space associated with the
  base table can not be LOGGED.

  Change the logging attribute of the base table space or the LOB
  table space and try again.
  
  When the logging attribute of the LOB table space is changed to
  LOGGED, if the base table space is NOT LOGGED, then the logging
  attribute, LOGGED, for the LOB table space might cause an error.

  ADB7124I / msgadb7124i:
