  within the ALT process on a table.

• A new enhancement adds support to perform an update on a
  hidden columns within the ALT process. Inserting a hidden
  column, and removing or adding the hidden attribute to a
  column are not supported and will be added in a follow-on
  APAR PI18406.
  The M (move) and R (repeat) line commands are not allowed
  against hidden columns, and this restriction will also be
  lifted with the follow-on APAR PI18406
