APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This APAR addresses a small window in CQMMESx1 (SQL COLLECTION)
  where the addressing mode is not reset to 64bit mode, should an
  S-TAP Filter request ABEND for any reason.
  

Local fix

• Shut down CQM any time S-TAP is being stopped. This will stop
  all collection activity to avoid the collection process hitting
  a 2 instruction window.
