PI14724: IMPORT CHANGE GENERATES ERROR MESSAGE IBM0122S ONCODE=22

Error description

• The DB2 ADMINISTRATION TOOL FOR Z/OS Import Function, importing
  a change from a PDS, generates error message -
    AISQ002E - Processing error. OnCode:       22
    ADB2CID - Now terminating
    IBM0122S ONCODE=22
      The RECORD condition was raised because the length of the
      record variable was greater than the record length
      (FILE=DDLIN).

Local fix

• Change PDS DCB attributes to RECFM VB, LRECL 16384, RECFM 27998

  *                      VB16163, after importing the            *
  *                      file, there is no change statement      *
  *                      in the change.                          *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The IMPORT program in CM can not import a CHANGE file when the
  record format is FB 80 and can not IMPORT the EXPORT file when
  the record length is from V16000 to V16384 or from VB16000 to
  VB16131.
