    Altering a column with a View and the column is  SET WITH
    DEFAULT.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When altering the default value of a    *
    *                      column in a table referenced by a       *
    *                      VIEW, only the ALTER TABLE SET          *
    *                      DEFAULT statement was generated         *
    *                      in the CHANGE file.  The APPLY job      *
    *                      failed with a Return Code 8 / RC = 8    *
    *                      and a SQLCODE = -650 /                  *
    *                      SQLCODEN650 in the job log:             *
    *                                                              *
    *                      DSNT408I SQLCODE = -650, ERROR:         *
    *                               THE ALTER STATEMENT CANNOT     *
    *                               BE EXECUTED,                   *

    If a table is referenced by a VIEW, the ALTER TABLE SET DEFAULT
    statement can not be executed to alter the default value of the
    column in the table. The referenced objects need to be dropped,
    followed by an ALTER statement, and the recreation of the
    referenced objects.
