Error description
IMS HALDB TOOLKIT needs to support databases with Logical Relationships to allow the ANALYZE PART function to be run. This is really needed in order to get HIGH KEYs for All databases including the ones with logical relationships. There is no processing needed for the logical relationship to get high keys. This enhancement is being implemented as a result of RFE 32528.

The module IHCWTDB0 has been changed to support databases with Logical Relationships for the Analyzepart.
