  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1-The Options command does not display  *
  *                        the "Display Options" panel after     *
  *                        choosing a component on the           *
  *                        "Select the components to customize"  *
  *                        panel and exiting the Workplace panel *
  *                        After this PTF is applied, the issue  *
  *                        has been resolved.                    *
  *                      2-The Customizer Workplace panel title  *
  *                        has an extra colon. After this PTF is *
  *                        applied, the extra colon is removed.  *
  *                      3-Tools Customizer abends(ISPP176 error *
  *                        on Panel 'CCQPPRD') during Admin      *
  *                        customization when the value for the  *
  *                        parameter "Create/Upgrade database"   *
  *                        is blanked out on the                 *
  *                        "Product Parameters" panel and        *
  *                        <ENTER> is hit. After this PTF is     *
  *                        applied, the issue has been resolved. *
  *                      4-During DB2 Administration Tool        *
  *                        customization two Change Management   *
  *                        database jobs are unexpectedly        *
  *                        generated. This occurs when the value *
  *                        for "Create/Upgrade database" on the  *
  *                        "Product Parameters" panel is changed *
  *                        from "CREATE" to "UPGRADE" and        *
  *                        <ENTER> is hit. After the PTF only    *
  *                        one Change Management database job    *
  *                        will be generated (either one job to  *
  *                        create the Change Management database *
  *                        or one job to upgrade the Change      *
  *                        Management database).                 *
  *                      5-The recsustomization pop up does not  *
  *                        display editing Product Parameters    *
  *                        for a product that had already been   *
  *                        customized. After this PTF is         *
  *                        applied, the pop-up will be displayed *
  *                        when a user edits the Product         *
  *                        Parameters for a product that has     *
  *                        already been customized.              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  Code has been changed to correct this condition.
