PROBLEM SUMMARY:
XCF gateway is unable to create unique XCF member names when
the LPAR/VMID system name specified in CVTSNAME is larger than
4-characters.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Create unique XCF member names using the system name specified
by the SMF SID=() parameter of PARMLIB member SMFPRMxx.
