  batch feature issues a message:

  When using the CM Batch function to run a job, it failed with
  error message ADB5043E / msgadb5043e.
  

Problem conclusion

• The new value 'Force' for 'Restart' field on panel ADB2UPA
  'Batch Job Utility Parameters' has been added.
  
  Parameter adbtep2_restart in CM batch is updated to support
  new value 'F'.
  
  adbtep2_restart
  The adbtep2_restart parameter specifies the RESTART value
  passed to the ADBTEP2 (adbtepx) program. Restarting a change
  can be done by restarting at the beginning of the change work
  list, or at the point where the change stopped running in a
  previous run.
  Values:
  Y, N, F
  Y RESTART(YES) is used for run when calling ADBTEP2.
  N RESTART(NO) is used for run when calling ADBTEP2.
  F RESTART(FORCE) is used for run when calling ADBTEP2.
  Default:
  Y
  
  ADB5043E message is updated to add a new user response.
  
  ADB5043E Restart processing was halted due to a
  command mismatch.
  Explanation: The command from the last run does not match the
  command from the restarted run.
  System action: Processing stops.
  User response: Verify that the statement being
  restarted has not been changed or start the run
  with parameter RESTART(FORCE) for ADBTEP2 to skip it.
