• The DB2 Administration and Object Comparison Tools using the SQL
  Terminator (`) with a value of x'79' rather than the hex value
  in the local CCSID environment,

  The generated SQL terminator for a stored procedure is a
  hex value of x'79' instead of an accent character (`) in the
  current local CCSID environment.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  Due to changes introduced in DB2 11, the statement terminator
  for the generated SQL changed from a question mark (?),  which
  is a hex value of x'6F' to an accent character (`), which is a
  hex value of x'79' in CCSID 37. The hex value for an accent
  character (`) should be used in the local CCSID environment,
  instead of the hard coded character.
