Error description

• This  APAR resolves the following issues:
  1. When an IDAA table is in RELOAD_RECOMMENDED or
  RELOAD_REQUIRED status, the consistent load job abends with a
  U0008 code and message HLO3745E. With this APAR fix, the
  consistent load job should complete successfully in this case.

   2. On IDAA V4.1, a consistent load job may fail with ABEND
  U0008 RC=0 and message HLO3739E reason AQT101402I followed by
  messages HLO3740I, HLO3741I, and HLO3742I.
