  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When configuring a DB2 subsystem for Connect Monitoring that
  uses a location name longer than eight characters, the
  configuration process fails with a validation error.
  
  The following error message is written to the log file:

  >> Shutdown Performance Expert Agent with  1  exit code.
