Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS Template ADBCHANG generates
  4K Bufferpool for Tablespace ADBSCROL rather than BP16k0.
  

Local fix

• Specify BUFFERPOOL BP16K0 for TABLESPACE "ADBSCROL".
